Our 2008 Merlot has again won a Silver and Bronze medal. It was aged at least 14 months in Hungarian Oak puncheons revealing a soft complex wine.
Gently Processed Merlot grapes resulted in a very smooth wine produced using traditional Bourdeaux winemaking techniques. Fourteen months aging in Hungarian Oak 500 liter casks make this wine unique. A very smooth wine with hints of blackberry, blueberry and vanilla. Great paired with lightly spiced tomato sauces, lean red meats, veal and pork.
