Whole Cluster pressed and Barrel Fermented aged sur lie in French Oak 500 liter casks for nine months. The result is a fruit forward wine expressing lush tropical flavors with a nuance of rich vanilla. Great paired with seafood in white sauce, grilled fish, chicken and pork. Great with crab cakes and lobster with drawn butter!
